I spoke to Clinton who was nice and knowledgeable. He had a sense of humor, really really important to me. He told me about what Easy Sale could do for me. I'll be honest, everything he told me sounded too good to be true, too easy. I needed to do this fast but I was worried about being scammed. I thanked Clinton for his time but I told him I would pass. I went back to realtors I knew. But I just didn't feel right. I went back to Clinton and set up a meeting. BEST! DECISION! EVER! I'll tell you why. First he let me look at the contract and go over it line by line, something others didn't want to do. He told me his plan and he told me if I wasn't comfortable signing a long contract I could sign one for 10 days. So I decided to take a chance. How did it turn out? In a market where I was told houses sat a while before they sold and the price I could expect wasn't as much as I hoped, Clinton was an expert. I signed a 10 day contract. My house was listed on Friday evening. I immediately had 2 showings scheduled for Friday night and 3-4 more scheduled for Saturday. Another plus was that only buyers that had been approved were shown my home. People that had the funding now and were ready to buy. Plus, no open house with lookers going through my house. Not only was my house sold by Sunday, it sold for $20,000 over the listing price. We were amazed and very happy. Clinton is an honest and ethical man. He doesn't promise what he can't deliver. He delivers what he says he will. He genuinely cares about his clients. He doesn't participate in realty awards, although he'd win if he did, and he devotes himself to doing the best job he can for his clients. I know it sounds too good to be true but I swear, this guy is great. Plus the sense of humor. You could go with many realtors and I'm sure there are many good ones out there. But you can't do better if you want someone committed to selling your home for the best price possible. His communication is excellent and he has a wonderful team to back him up. Am I gushing? You bet I am. This man delivered everything I needed and genuinely cared about my husband and I. It was an easy and profitable experience.
